I have the rights to refuse requests for whatever reason.

• I treat my commissions like a waitlist.

• If I have one before yours, you can tell me all the details and you'll can claim a commission slot. If I have no other commissions to get to you'll be able to pay for yours and have it started right away.

• Once I get to your request in the waitlist ill ask you for the payment.

• I take payment up front once im ready to start on your commission. For more complex commissions I can work with 50% before the sketch and the other 50% afterwards if you have any concerns. I don't begin working until the payment is sent.

Requirements

• you are required to provide a character reference.

• Id heavily reccomend providing visual references for poses aswell.

communication

• I prefer to use Twitter, Instagram or discord for commission updates. Dm me from Twitter for my discord username if you'd like to continue communication there

• A sketch update should be sent within the first week when I begin your commission.

Refunds

• Refunds arent allowed once the payment is sent. unless something comes up and I am unable to finish your commission within 3 weeks from the starting date In that case, I'll let you know immediately, and you'll have the option to either wait longer or be given a full refund.

Use

• please don't remove my watermark.

• for now, none of the commissioned artwork is for commercial use. These are for personal use only. however, you may use the artwork as personal/private print, icons, banners, phone backgrounds, etc.

• Please communicate beforehand if you plan on using it for a personal print, personal keychain. or a reference for a doll/plushie commission

• under no circumstances is any of my artwork allowed to be used for minting NFTS / Cryptocurrency, training AI or anything adjacent to that.

Intellectual property rights

• By default, I have the right to post the commissioned artwork online as samples for future clients, record the process, include them in my portfolio, and archive. So If you'd like your commission to be private for whatever reason, please let me know.

• Yes you may post your commission elsewhere, use it on your pages, webpages etc. In any case where the artwork is showcased or posted online, please do give credit

Turnaround / Delivery

• Commissions are done first come first serve

• The typical turnaround time shouldn't be more than 3 weeks. if i feel like ill take longer ill inform you.

Deadlines

• I dont work under any specific deadlines. I do things at my own speed ( within the time range given.)

Revisions

 Large changes: refer to entire pose or composition changes. Small changes: colors, details that take less time to fix.

• small changes like small details or colors are free anytime during the process.

• large changes are only free during the early sketching stages. I allow up to 3 of these before moving on with the process due to time. ( i reccomend specifying everything you'd like changed during the initial sketch in one go to make the process run more smoothly. )

• Requesting large changes further into the process or closer to the final cleanup stages might cost an extra fee depending on how much you'd like changed.

• Once the piece is finished i will no longer take requests for large changes. I will be able to send things like alternate versions with transparent backgrounds or slight hue changes for free if you'd like.

• However you'll have to pay full price if you'd like a full composition or pose change after its finished.
